Innerfyre Co specializes in sustainable, hand-poured candles with messages of affirmation. Innerfyre Co believes in the importance of self-care and emotional well-being. Part Time Candle Craftsman and Goods Fulfillment
Requirements:
This position is flexible, if you have other skills do let us know! As a growing company we appreciate flexible and
multi-talented personnel. If you have skills such as social media marketing, photography or videography, admin or any
other skills you're willing to share, job description as well as, hours and renumeration can be dicussed collaboratively.
Candidates with No Experience are welcome!
Job training will be provided.
Character Requirements:
Ability to work at a fast pace - will require you to have good hand-eye coordination
A healthy sense of urgency - able to complete tasks in a timely and organised manner
Organisational skills - Returning and picking items from their respective places. Beig able to sort orders online and choosing the correct packages for the correct address.
Take initiative - Task orientated. Ability to keep up the pace and work ethic while others may not be around.
Reliability - If you were to join us, you would be a very valuable member of the team. As we are an expanding company that is currently coming out with many campaigns, orders come in everyday we require someone who is trustworthy and reliable.
Able to work independently - After initial training is clear, you may have to work on your own for sometimes.
Strong communication - if task is unclear, able to seek clarification
Able to work with strong scents - As a candle and scented business, you will be working with strong scents and oils throughout the day.
Able to lift trays of candles and other materials/packages
Production of goods (You will get to assist in the making of candles and other products!)
Picking & packing of orders across different platforms
Complete orders within the timeline to fulfill customer's order
Inventory check and stock take
General warehouse duties
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Labelling & pasting stickers for products and orders
Monday-Friday (Office hours, 9-6pm)
Day or night shift / alternatively if you are available for the whole day that can also be arranged.
As this is a part time job, pay will be hourly. If you are looking for a full-time agreement, a trial period will be discussed.
