Job Description
- Responsible for providing IT helpdesk support to end users on IT hardware and software problems, and support on IT Infrastructure to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Provide IT/End-user support (setup and deploy computers, IT equipment, software patches, troubleshooting, etc.),
- IT assets management (computers, IT devices, IT equipment, software, warranties, etc.)
- IT administration (reports, documentation, records, instruction manuals, conduct user training, etc.)
- Setup accounts/workstations and support various softwareSupport IT infrastructure (Office network, etc.)
- Other departmental or company-assigned duties.
Job Requirement
- Higher Nitec / Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in IT support or any relevant experience.
