The  IoT System Engineer provides the technical contribution to the overall  architecture of the connected IoT solutions. The System Engineer is  responsible for defining the system functionality, analyzing technical  cost-performance and tradeoffs, determining the major components and  subsystem and its interaction between each of these  components/subsystem. The System Engineer will be responsible for  successful implementation of IoT Solution and will work closely with  development teams and partners for delivery. The role requires forming  collaborations with external stakeholders from all aspects of  mechanical, electrical, ICT and research into new technology.

Key Requirments: 

• Lead the planning, definition, and high-level design for IoT from technical perspective
• Work with development team, partners, to define technical architecture and functional solution
• Deliver solution development for meeting time, cost and specifications
• Knowledgeable in system design of IoT System or equivalent
• Proactively communicate with business unit to articulate the relationship between IoT strategy and business strategy
• Promoting knowledge of new technology to the business group

Job Requirements: 

• Degree/Master in Electronic/Computer Engineering/Computer Science
• At least 2-3 years of experience in system engineering or embedded system development

Preferred Skills: 

• Have worked in any IoT based platforms
• Experience in firmware development on embedded system, wireless technologies, messaging protocol
• System engineering design experience
• SW design experience
• Commercial electronics design experience
• Have good knowledge of communication protocols(wired/wireless/field buses)
• Strong interest in science and technology, resourceful and enjoys overcoming challenges
• Able to work independently in a team
• Entrepreneurial spirited
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
