Innovate Marketing Studio – Freelance Graphic Designer

Innovate Marketing Studio is seeking a talented and creative Freelance Graphic Designer to join our team. This role involves providing regular design support for a variety of digital and print materials to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

Job Scope:

• Create diverse design assets, including social media graphics, logos, flyers, brochures, infographics, branding materials, website design elements, packaging designs, and high-end marketing collateral.
• Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs that align with client brand guidelines and objectives.
• Provide regular design support and offer flexibility with hourly or per-project payment options for additional designs beyond the initial scope.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their design needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Ensure high-quality revisions per design to meet client satisfaction.
• Deliver top-quality design support for a range of design requirements.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs that align with client brand guidelines and objectives.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all design materials.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.
• Provide high-quality revisions to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,or InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with web design and UX/UI principles is a plus.
