Innovate Marketing Studio – Freelance Social Media Manager

Innovate Marketing Studio (IMS) is a dynamic marketing agency offering a range of innovative marketing solutions to various businesses. We are seeking a long-term freelance Social Media Manager to collaborate with us on social media management projects for diverse clients, including B2C and B2B businesses.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation

• Develop custom graphics, images, and animated posts.

• Create custom graphics, images, and animated stories (original content, no reposts).

• Write compelling content for various social media platforms.

• Conduct A/B testing to optimize content performance.

Reporting

• Generate detailed performance metrics and engagement reports.

• Analyze and provide actionable insights on Engagement Rate, Reach and Impressions, Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate, Follower Growth Rate, Customer Engagement, ROI (for ads), and Website Traffic from social media.

Engagement

• Interact with users by liking, commenting, sharing, and reposting user content that mentions the client's brand positively.

• Respond to direct messages (DMs) promptly and professionally.

• Implement strategies to increase and gain organic followers.

Revisions

• Provide up to 1-3 revisions to ensure client satisfaction with content and strategy.
