Innovation is Everywhere is looking for an intern or work-study student who excels in both research and administrative support to join our team, with hiring prospects.
Since 2015, Innovation Is Everywhere has been helping leaders of large organizations open their eyes to new technology trends, and major societal movements, and project themselves into the world of tomorrow. A world that will be, we are convinced, strongly influenced by climate change, technological advances, and major geopolitical movements and that will require a rethinking of our societal model. Our mission is to prepare today's and tomorrow's leaders of major groups to lead innovation and transformation to shape this new world.
To do this, we help leaders and high potentials to get out of their daily lives to be inspired by entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs and experts around the world who are leading or involved in these transformations, through "learning expeditions" in Europe and Asia, online and offline.
Our main clients are global leaders with strong exposure around the world such as TOTAL, Criteo, Google Cloud, AXA, Danone, AccorHotels, Sodexo, Prudential or Ingenico.

Based in France and Singapore, we are a highly organized team of diverse cultures and walks of life who collaborate closely together to deliver high-value projects to our clients. As a member of our team, you'll engage in meaningful online collaborations with our international counterparts, sharing your insights and learning from the collective experiences of others. Alongside this, you'll have the opportunity to work hybridly with the lead project manager, with the availability of in-person guidance throughout your journey with us.
Missions:
Research and Content Creation:
Conduct online research on innovation-related topics.
Create engaging written content for clients and our marketing initiatives, including newsletters, articles, and presentations.
Identify startups, trends, and key experts in the innovation space in selected countries.
Admin and Project Support:
Manage and organize email communications, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-ups.
Synthesize information from meetings, discussions, and research into concise notes and summaries.
Support in the organization of learning expeditions, including speaker identification and engagement.
Collaborate closely with the lead project manager, offering ad-hoc support wherever needed.
Required skills:
Fluent in English and French
Organized and persevering with a high level of diligence
Comfortable with self-organized independent work
Curious analytical mind and mature writing skills for content creation
Demonstrate cultural respect and sensitivity, international awareness
Appreciated:
Comfortable working remotely, with proficiency in digital tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Suite, or other videoconferencing platforms is a plus
Interested in the learning & development space
