Secondary Role

• Conceptualise, plan and execute highly effective events
• Handle event enquiries from prospective clients
• Conduct event site visits for clients and provide professional advice on event layout
• Providing on site operational support to events team
  Responsible for updating event details and vendor bookings
• Build and maintain rapport with partners and suppliers
• Oversee all aspects of event management and production
• Coordinate and execute events to clients’ requirements and expectations
• Coordinate effectively with other departments to facilitate smooth execution of events and ensure quality and customer satisfaction
• Consistently offer professional and friendly and engaging service to both clients and colleagues
• Effective management of logistics
• Leads generation and acquiring new clientele via cold calling
  Preparation of quotations and proposals based on specific requirements
  Presentation of Business Proposals to Clients
