Responsibilities:
- Assists in recruiting for the company and its partner
- Assist human resource team in sourcing for candidates through various methods to fulfill the recruitment needs of all subsidiaries companies such as through resume screening, shortlisting, fixing of appointments, interviewing and selecting the right candidates for the different positions
- Contact potential candidates through cold calls and messages
- Assist in employee engagement, resourcing activity, employee relations advice, performance management guidance, and general support on a wide range of recruitment activities
- Manage several social media sites such as LinkedIn, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram and so on
- Manages the company’s social media accounts and posts content.
- Provide suggestions to HR management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.
- Handle necessary paper works and coordination
- Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Familiar with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Youtube
- Self-motivated, Committed, Positive attitude, Matured disposition
- Good communication skills and able to work with minimum supervision
- Be able to feedback problem
Open to work full time is most welcome upon completion of internship.
