If you are:
Familiar with social media like linkedin, facebook, youtube
Able to self pick up new skills required
Self-motivated, Committed, Positive attitude, Matured disposition
Good communication skills and able to work with minimum supervision
Be able to feedback problem
having background in HR/insurance industry will be an advantage
Multi-tasking and able to work in a fast-paced environment

You are expected to:
Assist in recruiting of insurance agents
Do resume screening, shortlisting, fixing appointment, interviewing and selecting the right candidates
Assist in employee engagement, resourcing activity, employee relations advice, performance management guidance and general support on a wide range of recruitment activities
Support to design and deliver best practice models to develop capability and provide assurance that candidates have obtained the skills needed for the job
Organise networking events / webinar
Handle necessary paper works and coordination
Activity management and planning for training activities
Provide guidance for cmfas examination
Other ad-hoc duties
