Our Institutional Catering Division prepares more than 44,000 meals daily. We provide over 16 million meals a year to various commercial and governmental organisations such as the Ministry of Defence. Today, apart from offering retail management services, we are a major food caterer for the childcare and nursing home sectors.
Working Location : St Luke Hospital@Bukit Batok
Working Day : 6 days work week with rotating shift
Working Shift :
- 5am to 1am (transport provided)
- 7am to 3pm
- 8am to 4pm
- 9am to 5pm
Job Desciption ;
- Oversee the overall kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Ensure preparation of meal according by orders received
- Able to supervise cook and commis cook during meal preparation and cooking to ensure meeting Food safety and workplace safety standards
- Overall incharge for Kitchen & belting team
- Able to do Menu planning, event menu and know how to do food costing
- Check and ensure all documents are done correctly.
- Plan staff roster.
Requirements
- Experience in hospital cook house will be an advantage.
- Working experience and knowledge regarding meal texture (hospital), dietary requirements of patients is an added advantage
- Good communication skills
