This position supports the Marketing and Communications department in planning, implementing, coordinating and evaluation of all digital marketing and publicity efforts of the organisation and its programme. The trainee will also support content management of all social media accounts including the design and creation of any marketing material suitable across various media platforms.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Assist in social media content curation and management
- Assist to manage digital marketing such as SEO and SEM, Email marketing etc
- Design and create marketing materials to be used across various media platforms
- Measure KPI of campaigns using data analytics
- Assist in website content management
- Build brand awareness by curating attractive and youthful contents in various forms
- Build social network presence by active engagement on various social media platform.
- Assist in procurement and management of marketing collaterals
- Analyse, review and report on social media efforts
Technical Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to synthesise data for analysis and decision making
- Build up soft skills such as communications and presentation and negotiation
- Enhance design communications skills
- Appreciation of digital and technological solutions for media
