The Role
As a Clinical Excellence and Training Intern, you will play a pivotal role in assessing the quality of our psychological & coaching services (webinars, talks, coaching sessions, clinical sessions, etc.). Your responsibilities will include analyzing feedback from various stakeholders, identifying improvement areas, and implementing systems to improve quality of services.
What You'll Do
- Analyze current webinars and in-app sessions to evaluate their quality.
- Solicit and gather feedback from speakers/providers, clients/audiences, and HR representatives/companies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand multiple perspectives and incorporate feedback into improvement strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality and satisfaction levels of sessions and webinars.
- Address and respond to provider-related complaints regarding sessions and webinars
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Counselling, or related discipline
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent data analysis capabilities, with a keen eye for identifying trends and patterns
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to generate innovative solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Fluent in other APAC language is a plus
