We're looking for an intern to join the CEO's office to work on driving special projects & initiatives, as well as support day-to-day operations of the CEO. This individual will report directly to the CEO and will get to work cross functionally on the special projects.We'll be looking for someone who is able to be an all-rounder, is a self-starter, eager & hungry to learn, very well organised, and has a good command of writing and general people skills.
What You'll Do
Work with the CEO on special projects and initiatives, which will entail:
- Market research
- Outreach and general business development
- Scoping and planning
- Administrative planning and liaison work
- Project management
- Admin and ops work that supports the CEO's day-to-day operations
- Market/language specific projects that will require candidate's native fluency
Who You Are
No hard requirements in qualifications or skills, ideally the candidate:
- is a university student, no required major focus
- can speak Japanese fluently
- bilingual: has a good command of the English language and is adept at writing
- ideally some prior internship work experience
- is able to be an all-rounder and adaptable
- is a self-starter
- is conscientious and well organised
- is eager to learn
- has general people skills
