Job Description

Taxation duties:-
-Preparing and filing tax returns for individuals and businesses.
-Staying up-to-date on changing tax regulations to ensure compliance with tax deadlines and requirements.
-Conducting tax research to address client enquiries.
-Identifying possible tax credits, deductions and exemptions for clients.
- Assisting with audits conducted by tax authorities and communicating directly with them for resolutions.
- Other, as required

Accounting duties:-
* Full sets of accounts including account receivables, account payables, payments, receipts, bank reconciliation and fixed assets schedules
* Preparation of GST schedules and submission
* Preparation of unaudited financial statements according to Singapore FRS
* Conversion of Financial report to XBRL language
* Payroll works including computation of clients’ employees salary, preparation of payroll summary, payslips, IR8A and etc.

Requirements:-
* Relevant qualification in Accounting or a related field
* 1-3 years of experience in a similar bookkeeping or accounting role, preferably within a small practice or accounting firm
* Proficient in the use of accounting software such as XERO or QuickBooks or UBS accounting
* Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
