IFF is seeking a highly motivated and results driven individual to join our Asia Marketing Team as Fragrance Marketing Intern. As an intern in the Asia marketing team, you will have the opportunity to learn about the world of fragrances, work across functions and markets and be part of creating unforgettable scent experiences.
To provide support to the Marketing team across a range of activities.
- Scan and maintain knowledge of product launches and market information
- Become the product expert with responsibility for sourcing and tracking new launches and marketing samples
- Responsible for maintaining the market sample library
- Extraction of market's figures from data sources and analysing data and presenting in appropriate format
- Helping facilitate customers' presentations, in line with the brief received with relevant concepts etc. to support submissions.
- Support in developing concept boards
- Plan and execute relevant activities for key customer engagements as per the Marketing plan (arranging samples, room set up etc.)
- Coordinate Marketing activities for internal workshops / meetings
- Support Marketing team to publish relevant information/ newsletters in a clear format and distribute throughout the organization
Job Requirements:
- Final year student completing his/ her Bachelor Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or any other relevant discipline from a reputable institute.
- Proficient in English, both oral and written.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint skills etc.
- A dynamic team player, be comfortable working across functions in a multi-cultural environment, with a positive, self-driven or results oriented attitude.
- Strong sense of design & attention to details.
- Interest in FMCG will be advantageous.
- Be able to commit for at least 6 months, starting from May 2020.
