About the Role
Help execute global HR communication initiatives, including projects, branding, health and wellbeing programs, and engagement strategies. This role offers growth potential for skill development.
Responsibilities:
Group HR Team:
Create content for the Life@Intl.SOS newsletter and infographics.
Design communication materials like videos, posters, and e-banners.
Support employee engagement and health & wellbeing activities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement communication campaigns.
Enhance visibility of HR messages through various channels.
Manage administrative tasks like updating Sharepoint pages and communication calendars.
Share communication resources with the HR network.
Supporting Finance, Technology & Legal Functions:
Drive engagement activities for these functions, including intranet updates, newsletters, recognition programs, and communication planning.
Align communication efforts between Group HR and Corporate HR.
Provide ad hoc communication support.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Ability to plan and implement communication campaigns.
Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders.
Proactive in identifying improvements.
Experience with digital tools like Sharepoint, MS Teams, Canva, Adobe Suite.
Basic graphic design, website management, and video editing skills are a plus.
Ability to multitask and work independently or collaboratively.
Willingness to embrace challenges and continually upskill.
Required Work Experience:
Previous experience in communications, internships, or volunteer roles, preferably in a global organization.
Open to undergraduates and fresh graduates.
Required Qualifications:
Relevant degree or tertiary qualification.
