Job Description
This HRIS role will help to support HRIS team to create and maintain sharepoint, processes, users guide. There is a chance to learn Successfactors to provide basic support to HR users.
- To support basic HR System operations
- To create and tidy up the user guides
- To document the system process
- To create sharepoint and publish the user guides.
- To provide training to HR users in using the sharepoint
- To generate basic reports in HR System
- To support any other adhoc projects requested.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft tools such as Words, Powerpoint, Excel
- Proficient in English Language
- Structure, details in work
- Able to work independently
- Fast Learner
- Team player
