Job Description

Support development of marketing communications materials

  • Develop marketing collaterals, e.g. emails, brochures, sales sheets, videos, powerpoint presentations.
  • Ensure communications materials are consistent and reflects the organisation’s strategic vision, business objectives and key messages.
  • Ensure consistent framing of messages.
  • Edit, design internal email communications and/or print internal publications.

Support the Organisation of Events

  • Support in the organisation of regional events.
  • Manage various stakeholders to ensure delivery against timelines.
  • Event collateral development.

 Support, Track and Measure Digital Marketing Campaigns

  • Support in executing digital marketing campaigns using Eloqua digital marketing automation tool, including webinars, social media etc.
  • Track and collate information from countries in the Asia region to develop monthly marketing dashboards for digital marketing campaigns.

Launch and track Sales Campaign

  • Create communication materials for sales campaigns to engage with Asia region business development and account managers, including periodic reminders, trackers and teasers.
  • Track and analyse the effectiveness of campaigns on country sales performances, improving features of the campaigns where necessary.

Potential Learning Outcome

  • Learn how to create impactful sales and marketing collaterals.
  • Hands-on experience in executing and measuring results of both digital and off-line marketing campaigns.
  • Learn project/event management skills.
  • Exposure to working with countries in Asia region.
  • Exposure working in a fast-paced multinational/cultural work environment.
