Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Execute special project management and support to drive organizational changes and business opportunities.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to manage the development and enhancement of new solutions and applications to support the needs of our members and customers in both medical and security assistance across Asia.
  • Be part of our efforts and initiatives in improving the quality of delivery of services to our members.
  • Take part in some special project management, including status reporting and communication.
  • Daily update for COVID-19 data center and weekly updates for COVID scorecard to provide client deliverables for our consulting team.
  • Work closely with the various delivery teams, in particular Medical and QA teams.
  • Monthly sourcing of Medical information from AC/MS team.
  • Administrative and analytics support for Group General Manager, Medical Assistance Centre Operation.
