Job Description

Your Function

  • Assist in handling our key clients’ portfolio to ensure all company secretarial matters are managed in a professional and timely manner
  • To be part of a global team to coordinate communication and documentation between various parties and jurisdictions
  • Prepare and maintain statutory records in compliance with law and file returns with ACRA
  • Handling immigration matters for clients
  • Assist to draft the Directors’ and Shareholders’ Resolutions, Minutes of Meeting, AGM Minutes and other related documents
  • Perform any other ad hoc assignments

Your Profile

  • Minimum Diploma in Law from local or overseas university
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive working attitude with good team ethos
  • Must be meticulous, pro-active, attentive to detail and dynamic with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to work both independently and collectively in a fast paced environment.
  • Have a good co-curricular activities record
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Kindly note that this role would begin as a traineeship and have an opportunity of full-time conversion. Additionally, we are open to hire any fresh graduates.
