Responsibilities
Assist Head of Administration for ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations activities
Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records
Manage recruitment and selection process (eg. advertisement placement, arranging of interviews, etc)
Participate in Recruitment and Selection
Handle monthly Payroll processing
Assist in administration of annual performance appraisals, prepare appointment letter, staff orientation, payroll & etc
Participate in organising company staff activities
Assist in ad-hoc finance related projects
Requirements
Able to multi-task
Proficient in MS Office applications
Strong organisational skills and pay close attention to details
Able to meet deadline and work effectively under pressure
Able to commit weekends and/or OT
A minimum of 3 months and above commitment. December 2018 onwards.
