Job Description
- Handle incoming phone calls and email enquiries
- Assist with Sales follow-up
- Liaise with customer for event related matters
- Schedule / Coordinate the delivery of the equipment to the event venue
- Assist with the on-site events setup and management. To ensure the events are well managed
- Recruit and train part-time event assistant, when needed
- Monitor the stock usage and conduct stock taking regularly
- Issuing of quotations & invoices
