Key responsibilities include:
1) Client and Account Management
- Professional demeanor and a strong capability to communicate effectively and engage clients on a day-to-day basis from taking on briefs, present media plans and manage day-to-day campaign implementation
- Able to multi-task and manage across different client requirements
- Good writing and presenting skills are a pre-requisite
2) Media Planning
- Foundational understanding of media knowledge in the areas of media measurement (e.g. Impressions, GRPs, Reach), media landscape in Singapore (e.g. media partners and their capabilities)
- Able to competently generate, read and analyse media data to create insights for presentations as overall support to the Account Director / Manager to build an overall strategy. This includes being able to independently use media research tools such as Nielsen Clear Decisions, AdQuest and Global Web Index to pull media data.
- Independently able to recommend and rationalise media touchpoints, channels, tactics and outcomes as part of media planning scope.
3) Media Implementation & Reporting
- Oversee implementation, and reporting of Performance across multiple clients
- Set expectations and deliver on multiple projects at the same time
- Achieve performance KPIs for clients which works to prove the value of paid search, social & biddable to the clients and internal teams
- Be able to provide meaningful insights and analysis when sending reports to clients/core teams
- Should be responsible for maintaining a forum for continuous learning and knowledge sharing
- To have learned and trained yourself to be able to talk basic digital., and develop expertise in media, technology & research tools & platforms
- Have clear understanding of basic cost structure, campaign set-up process & way of buying ad space for different channels - digital (social, programmatic, search, mobile, etc.), print, TV, OOH, radio
- Develop media diary & copy instructions based on the media plans & proposals
- Manage media booking deadlines, and ensure material deadlines are clearly communicated and managed with the client/creative team
- Identify issues with creative and troubleshoot
- Be responsible and accountable for timely delivery of reports and recommendations
Requirements
- Tertiary educated
- 2-3 years experience in Media/Advertising
- Experience or confidence working with multiple stakeholders, e.g. suppliers, advertising/marketing agencies, media owners, production outfits, and internal specialist resources etc.
- Have an appetite, knowledge, and understanding of the technology and trends
- Team player who is adaptive, has a great work ethic, and strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Google Adwords and Doubleclick Bid Manager preferred
