IPP Financial Advisers Private Limited – Accounts Executive

Duties Responsibilities: 

1. - Computation of Financial Adviser Representatives’ commission;
2. - Perform data entry, scanning, and documentation of documents received;
3. - Attend to Adviser’s queries on commission and expenses deduction;
4. - Liaise with carriers on commission issues;
5. - Preparation of monthly end reports;
6. - Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Requirements:

• ‘A’ Level holder preferably with 2 years working experience, or Diploma Holder preferably with 1 year working experience.
• Pleasant and positive disposition, with good working attitude.
• Meticulous, good team player and willing to learn.
• Able to communicate confidently and with clarity, both oral and written;
• Experience in Commission Computation System and with good EXCEL skills will be preferred.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in other MS Office application.
• 1-year contract convertible to permanent position.
