Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the Director and Assistant Director in projects and administrative matters
• Coordinate and assist in day to day general administration duties and correspondence
• Ensure all documentation and filling are done in a proper manner
• Submission of claims and scheduling the appointments for meetings
• Not required to do financial advisory sales but knowledge of CMFAS papers is a plus

Requirements:

• Candidates should be Diploma holders and above
• Minimum commitment of 6 months
• Willing to learn as training will be provided
• Individuals who value a healthy working environment
• Young and energetic individuals who bring positive vibes to the team!
• Experience in administrative matters and the financial advisory industry is preferred but not necessary
