Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Be the point of contact on all administrative matters with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Follow up with vendors and internal stakeholders on outstanding requirements/deliverables
- Co-ordinate and perform User Assessment Testing (UAT)
- Manage issue logs
- Follow up on bug fixes and re-testing
- Ensure all project related documentations are submitted and in order
- Prepare and update user guide
- Attend to advisers’ enquiries and guide them on the new digital journey
Competencies & Personal Traits
- Customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced and challenging work situations
- Proficiency in MS Office is essential
- Good time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- No working experience required (On the job training provided)
- Able to start work immediately
- Period for 6 months
