IPP Financial Advisers Pte Ltd – Financial Services Officers Traineeship Programme

Programme Description:

The trainee will undergo rigorous training in wealth planning, insurance and investment advisory over a period of 6 months. He / She will attend lectures and proficiency courses to acquire the fundamentals for various wealth planning methodologies, tools and products. The trainee will have the opportunity to apply his / her newly acquired knowledge and develop professional skills during a 2-month attachment to an industry practitioner. The trainee will also be coached and sponsored for up to 6 CFMAS professional certifications (M5, M9, M9A, HI, M8, M8A).

By the end of the programme, the trainee is expected to be:

• well-acquainted with the wealth planning process
• skilled in applying various client acquisition techniques
• proficient in developing and executing selected wealth strategies independently

High calibre trainees who have proven their mettle on the programme will be

• Selected for full time employment within the company
• Sponsored for a 1-1 life and career coaching session by a Certified Life Coach
