Job Description

The primary responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator are to oversee and manage a variety of marketing projects for the IPP organisation. The incumbent is expected to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, both internally and externally to ensure the timely implementation and roll out of campaigns and initiatives. This is a full-time position within the marketing division of the main corporate office with opportunities for career growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and organise various projects; oversee the management of campaigns and administrative processes including project timelines and workflows.

- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and key stakeholders; serve as the main point of contact for the marketing team.

- Conduct in-depth market research on key areas of focus to support decision making.

- Assist the team with managing the community; contribute ideas to enhance engagement.

- Assist the head of marketing with the implementation and execution of activities.

- A keen sense for organising and prioritising tasks

- Able to work independently and as part of a team

- At least a Diploma (any discipline)

- Fresh graduates may apply. More than 1 year of relevant work experience (preferred)
