Job Scope:
- Non-client facing role
- Assisting a financial consultant (https://actsadvisorygroup.com/)
- Form filling of softcopy & hardcopy documents for the enrolment of on-boarding clients
- Liaising via emails & telephone calls with partnerships hotlines for prompt implementation of onboarding
- Handling & maintaining of existing accounts/policies.
- Generating quotations using different insurance providers platform
Requirements/Expectations:
- At least 1.5 years of admin experience
- Good verbal command of English language and comfortable with writing emails
- Moderate proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, Adobe
- Preferably have experience working with insurance providers
- Have some financial background in accounting/ business admin/ finance
- (ie work experience or from education)
- Adaptable, willing to learn, competent & pay good attention to detail
- Take ownership of the tasks/work assigned to you and execute them with diligence.
- Able to commit immediately preferably
