(ADMIN BASED) Client Services Associate to support a EXPERIENCED RELATIONSHIP MANAGER . To handle administration matters on insurance and day-to-day admin matters. Will be good if you have insurance or investment background. You will be assisting the director directly.
Work Hours Mon - Fri 4-6 hours daily (WFH only on selected activities)
Can be converted to full time staff upon meeting certain KPIs ( with CPF and all)
Job Scope:• Ability to maintain proper filing and documentation procedures**• Ability to meet realistic deadlines given for all assignments given**• Generation of quotations from different insurers** (training/SOP given)• Liaising with 3rd parties** (insurers, banks etc)• Compiling of receipts, system typed out on excel, upload to Dropbox (template)• Doing of power point presentation slides (templates given)• Client servicing (Change of address, fund switching, follow up on outstanding premiums/documentation, etc)• Proficient with Excel/Words/Powerpoint• Undertake portfolios assigned to her and be able to learn and pick up the relevant skills and knowledge required within reasonable time basis• Scanning of courses and uploading to microsoft onedrive Requirements:• Highly driven and self-motivated , Independent and good attitude• Willing to learn and have flexible timing.• Positive learning attitude with an excellent interpersonal skills**• Ability to build rapport and establish relationship with people at all levels• Able to do things better, faster easier as time goes on.• Create Systems and SOPs to reduce time spent doing manual admin work.
