Job Description

1. Learn and handle full set of accounts for all companies in QuickBooks (AP, AR, JV & GL).* Bank reconciliation* Petty cash claims* Maintain fixed assets listing

2. Conducting QuickBooks accounting software training to client3. Assist in company to maintain account before due date.4. Prepare Report and coordinate with external auditors if needed.5. Responsible and assist clients for preparing financial report, management and reviewing financial statement.6. Preparing tax returns and dealing with IRAS/ACRA and other agencies.7. Prepare quotation/services agreement8. Engage with employees and client's professionally9. Perform administrative tasks as executive assistance assigned by company

10.Prepare and review of financial statements in accordance with the Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, Singapore Standards on Auditing, Singapore Companies Act and the Ethics Pronouncements in Singapore.

 

Specific Responsibilities:

  1. To ensure all information input entries for client’s QBO accounts.
  2. To ensure trainee understand QBO accounting software for the presentation slides and requirement specifications conduct user training guided by senior staffs.
  3. To ensure financial records are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner)
  4. To ensure Audit compliance (review and implement financial and accounting policies to ensure compliance with company’s policies and good governance, practice and standards.)
  5. To ensure Financial Management/Reporting (to Consolidate relevant information from balanced sheets, such as inventories, receivables, payables and cash, and prepare control accounts, bank reconciliations and suspense accounts)
  6. To ensure accurate and prepare tax computation for corporate tax submission including GST before cut off date.
  7. To ensure cross check of quotation/service agreement prepared upon required and follow up with client's as requirement by the management.
  8. To ensure and able to create a work friendly environment that encourages professionalism, growth and diversity between co-workers and clients.
  9. To perform any tasks and projects as assigned by Director or Seniors

Required Qualification:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy
  • Or professional ACCA B.Acc / ACCA / CPA / ICAEW or equivalent)
