Back in 1999, six entrepreneurs became bored of big agency politics and frustrated by bureaucracy.
They decided to create a new kind of agency. One that could innovate around client needs and, in turn, help clients to innovate around business and consumer needs.

- able to effectively manage upwards, keeping line managers informed on progress of work in timely manner so they are able to input and sign off appropriately
Our ideal candidate will help:
- Support the team with reporting across social channels to understand engagement and growth opportunities.
- Learn how to evaluate ongoing metrics tracking and write and present insights and optimization recommendations.
- Understand the brand voice and ensure that messaging is consistent
- Partner with the account team to ensure that consumer communications are dealt with properly.
- Administer social platform creative, manage tab features/functionality and create/monitor social conversations.
- Support the development of content calendars
- Support in trafficking social media ads
- Repurpose content from other sources for our own social media channels (and understand how to change the tone of the content for each channel)
