As a HR/Admin intern, you will assist the HR Manager and help add value by supporting her in a wide range of projects related to HR compliance, recruiting, onboarding/orientation, employee benefits, Universities intern programs and general office management matters.
These includes taking ownership of maintaining our prospective employees database and maintaining the recruitment database with the help of the HR Manager. Maintaining candidates’ profiles database with efficiency and accuracy by putting together any interview arrangement and candidate feedbacks from hiring managers after each interview.
