ISE International / SCENZE – eCommerce / Marketing Intern

Looking for a polite and responsible individual to handle Lazada & Shopee as an eCommerce enabler.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing Shopee Ad credits / Shopee Follower Vouchers / Shopee Store Front Design
• Shopee Chats: Managing customer questions and feedback 
• Shopee Inventory Management
• Lazada Chats: Managing customer questions and feedback 
• Lazada Store Front Design 
• Lazada Lorikeet Product and Inventory Management (clean up all our pricing and products based on a master list)
• Managing Lazada Vouchers

Requirements: 

• Good customer service skills. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Outstanding multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with Lazada/Shopee eCommerce platforms is a plus.
• No experience is needed but must be willing to learn fast and work hard.
• Option to work remotely but must attend regular video conferences and be willing to work in the office when requested.
