Job Description
As a Temp HR Assistant, you will need to assist the Assistant HR Manager. You must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask.
This is a 1-month temp position.
Responsibilities:
- Digitize all hard copy records of employees
- Conduct checks on employees' information to ensure data integrity
- Record maintenance
- Conduct P-File Audits
- Other clerical support assigned by reporting manager
Requirement:
- Diploma in Business or related discipline
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately follow instructions.
