Role:
In this dynamic role, you will play a vital part in supporting the team through various tasks related to Purchasing, Logistics, and Warehousing. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating daily outbound deliveries using an ERP system and Shopify apps, overseeing driver coordination and routing.
- Managing incoming shipments, from the issuance of Purchase Orders to accurately receiving stock into the ERP system.
- Daily oversight of inventory on our ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Follow-up on deliveries and shipments, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
- Maintaining control over documentation and conducting regular stock takes to uphold accuracy.
- Managing data analysis to forecast purchasing and sales trends, contributing to informed decision-making.
