- Demonstrate effective workplace communication
- Manage customer/ stakeholders needs and expectations
- Produce business document using software
- Process accounting transactions and maintain records
- Manage transaction, process order and payment using accounting or equivalent software
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) related documentation
- Quality System related documentation
- Customer and supplier database updating
