Operations/Maintenance

Assist Facilities/Building Managers in developing/reviewing maintenance program

• Support gap analysis for operations & maintenance documentation
• Support site technical team in developing/reviewing proper documentation for maintenance program
• Identify, propose and generate ideas for operations and maintenance of facility equipment

Provide support in upcoming facilities upgrading projects, service implementation, testing, and maintenance of new equipment

Help to prepare project cost estimation and supervise installation works by others to ensure conformity to design specifications

Maintain and update documentation pertaining to facilities-related projects, such as test methods

Energy Management

• Help to implement / follow up through energy savings initiatives and to build / improve energy management system site-wide
• To assist with monitoring of energy consumption rates for the facilities
• Assist to review electrical systems for efficiency
• Identify, propose and generate ideas for energy savings
• Implement innovative ideas to improve system efficiency
• Learn and support investment justification for energy saving ideas conceived
• Assist in Green Mark initiatives where applicable

HSE

• Help to implement / follow up with HSE Implementation to align with local, customer and internal requirements
• Assist with monitoring of HSE feedback and implementation related to facilities
• Assist with follow up and follow through with HSE issues arising
• Support gap analysis for HSE documentation
• Identify, propose and generate ideas for improvements to HSE processes
• Implement innovative ideas to improve on systems and processes
• Learn and support investment justification for HSE ideas conceived
