Isshin Machi – HR Intern – Policy Planning

• Liaise with other departmental personnel to get a better understanding of positions/ culture/ job scope to aid in policy drafting.
• Ensure procedures, guidance documents, and forms are developed, reviewed, approved, and distributed to appropriate personnel in accordance with the approval process cycle.
• Gather, assess, and confirm the interpretation of new/or changing procedures to ensure all documents capture a complete view of all activities and processes.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your supervisors. 

Job Requirements: 

• * Currently residing in Singapore. 
• *Required to report to the office for meetings, able to work from home. 
• Degree student/ fresh graduates.
• Critical thinker.
• Able to commit a minimum of 3 months, 6 months preferred.
