Traineeship Description:

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Understanding business operational flows and how it impacts the finance data and payments.

2. Support in the maintenance and improving SAP, IBM Business Automation Workflow, Treasury Management systems.

3. Participate in workflow improvement projects, systems implementations and other ad-hoc projects.

Technical Skills and Competencies Trainee will learn during SGUnited Traineeship Programme:

1. Active participation in strategic planning process, including developing goals, objectives and processes.

2. How to engage employees and stakeholders professionally.

3. Gain experience with accounting software (SAP), database management, record keeping, PCR software (IBM Datacap), Business Automation Workflow, Treasury Management System (Kyriba), Online Banking Systems (various banks).

Education Qualifications Required for the Traineeship Role: University Degree

Duration of Traineeship Offered: 8 months

Eligibility Criteria for SGUnited Traineeships:

1. Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident and 

a. Graduated or graduating in calendar year 2019 or 2020 from ITEs, polytechnics, universities or other educational institutions (private universities and overseas institutions); OR

b. Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2019 or 2020
