ItsRainingRaincoats, an acclaimed charity dedicated to supporting migrant workers, is seeking a passionate Intern to join our team and assist with our Digital Marketing and NextGen and MADWISH programmes.

• Position: Intern, Digital Marketing, Nextgen Programme and Special Projects Management

• Job Type: Internship

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Hybrid (Location based and Remote)

• Location: 217 Henderson Road Singapore 159555

• Open to students and non students looking to gain work experience.

• Must be based in Singapore: Open to Singaporean/PR only

• Duration: 4 months or more

ItsRainingRaincoats is an award winning charity committed to supporting migrant workers in Singapore. We have been recognised for our impactful work and are now offering an exciting internship opportunity for individuals who wish to contribute their skills and knowledge to a meaningful cause.

Responsibilities

• Manage and create engaging content for our social media platforms

• Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies 

• Support the team in organising and promoting events and campaigns

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our online presence

• Analyse and report on the performance of social media campaigns

• Help in building and nurturing our NextGen communities with Volunteers

• Coordinate communications and donations/ad hoc workshops and events with IRR student mentors and schools

• Work on Special projects/Campaigns

• Manage campaign related communications via EDMs/Newsletters

• Support and Coordinate Media queries and interviews

Requirements

• Enthusiasm and passion for making a positive difference

• Excellent communication and writing skills

• Familiarity with various social media platforms

• Proficiency in Canva, Google Suite/Microsoft Office and WordPress

• Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box

• Knowledge of digital marketing trends, best practices, poster design skills is a plus

• Ability to manage and support various campaigns and initiatives

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
