IUIGA is looking for a Merchandising Executive with an interest in creating better everyday products, someone keen, analytical and results-oriented. - Monitor warehouse inventory levels and submit comprehensive reports on a weekly basis
- Analyse sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product restock
- Forecast profits/sales and maintain store shelves and online inventory
- Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes and clear outs etc
- Maximise customer interest and sales levels by displaying products prominently on website and app
- Act as the liaison between customer success and product teams by addressing costumer issues and solving customer problems
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least Bachelor’s Degree/Post graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- Proficient in excel and powerpoint
- Excellent communication
- Strong collaborating and influencing skills
- Digital savvy
- Ability to challenge status quo and drive continuous improvement
- Professionally fluent in English
- Candidates with work experience in e-Commerce business is highly preferred
