SLM Visioncare is the pioneer for vision training and vision recovery through physiotherapy for various eye conditions, including Myopia, Hyperopia, Astigmatism, Lazy eye, and Cross-eye. Currently, we have 600 outlets across Asia including Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore. In Singapore, it has been in operations since 2017 with 3 branches, namely in Paya Lebar, Hougang and Jurong East.
Responsibilities:
1) To provide customer service and vision training to our clients
2) To provide feedback to parents regarding the progress of their children.
3) To achieve monthly leads/shows referral/renewal target accordingly.
4) To attend daily meetings and perform any other administrative duties assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
1) Minimum 'O' level or equivalent
2) Good interpersonal and customer service skills
3) Tolerance and patience
4) Good communication skills, able to give clear instructions and build trusting relationships with patients and their families.
5) Ability to work under pressure and good time management
6) Experience in healthcare, customer service, physiotherapy is a plus
7) Has a valid class 3 driving license.
