Job Description

A Passion for Client Relationship Management

The Client Relationship Manager will be part of the IvyPrep's Marketing Team. The Client Relationship Manager is comfortable with public speaking and with establishing meaningful relationships with both students and parents. The Client Relationship Manager will spearhead various sales and marketing initiatives, especially using online marketing platforms. This position allows for hands-on experience in a quickly-expanding small company environment, and affords substantial responsibility and room for professional growth.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about client relationship management, marketing, sales and education.


Key responsibilities include:

- Manage relationships with students, parents, educational organizations and key clients, both locally and overseas
- Explaining to key clients on IvyPrep course offerings and providing general student services
- Developing targeted marketing campaigns and executing marketing plans
- Initiating and growing partnerships with advertisers and relevant organizations
- Developing social media marketing campaigns
- Planning and coordinating events
- Helping to establish IvyPrep as the premier educational consultancy and overseas university admissions specialist


Qualifications

- Degree, coursework in any field
- History of experience that highlights creativity, self-motivation, resourcefulness, and initiative
- Experience in Adobe Photoshop and related design software
- Knowledgeable about advertising on social media platforms, including Google, Facebook and YouTube
- Substantial team leadership experience
- Excellent verbal communications (oral and written) and interpersonal skills, ability to work well both independently and in a team environment, and the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks within demanding deadlines
- Availability and flexibility to work during company operational hours, including selected weekday evenings and weekends
