Do you want to learn about the ins and outs of managing a business?

IvyPrep is a fast growing education firm serving students looking to enter university. The company is in the exciting stage of growth and is trying out new ideas and building our business brand locally and internationally. We are looking for a qualified intern interested in business management, marketing and education.

The intern is given broad and concrete responsibilities from the get-go. We are confident that the intern will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of building a successful business.


RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist the company in its targeted business expansion projects
• Participate in director and team meetings
• Assist with developing market outreach and branding strategies
• Contribute to website redesign project in various ways
• Prepare presentations for clients
• Pursue an intern project of his/her choice in a related field
• Provide support to social media efforts
• Assist with the preparation of educational training materials
• Schedule and coordinate speaking engagements, sales meetings and student engagements

REQUIREMENTS
Company is looking for someone with a passion in business development, marketing and education. This intern should be a confident communicator who is prepared to liaise with clients. He/she should have strong maths, verbal and written communication skills. He/she should also ideally be highly familiar with digital media as well as the digital advertising space. He/she must be prepared to work independently and confidently without close, direct supervision. Ideally, the intern should be familiar with the SAT exam.

TIME COMMITMENT
Approximately 30 - 40 hours a week.
