On the contrary, we provide our teachers with a highly structured curriculum which the instructor can use, modify, and enhance in any way he or she sees fit. Our goal is to maximize student achievement, and our belief is that the teacher is in the best position to know how to accomplish this. We provide the methods, but ultimately each instructor decides how to teach particular problems based on his or her own experience and beliefs about what is most effective.
