Marketing Executive
The Marketing Executive at IvyPrep is responsible for the successful implementation of marketing campaigns across different online channels to generate sales enquiries and leads from a spectrum of target segments.
For this role, the key measures will be the number of new business leads generated, as well as the return of investment from the marketing budget.

You are deeply interested in marketing strategy and in the possibilities of digital marketing, and you are similarly passionate about the prospect of working in an educational organization that seeks to shape young minds and inspire world-changers.
Required Qualifications
● Degree from a reputable local or overseas academic institution
● Coursework in any field, including but not limited to Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, English, History, Political Science, Philosophy, Geography, Sociology, Law, Education
● Excellent communication skills and good command in English (verbal and written)
Preferred Experiences
● Prior work experience at a digital marketing agency or an advertising agency
● Experience in WordPress and the fundamentals of web design
● Experience using a major CRM system, such as Salesforce and HubSpot
● Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram
● Experience with Google Adwords and SEM
● Good understanding and knowledge of current online marketing concepts, strategies and best practices.
Responsibilities
There are four key roles of the Marketing Strategy Manager:
● Digital Marketing (Website, Blog, Facebook)
- Maintain and update the company's website, blog and Facebook page
- Develop and implement strategies so as to drive traffic to the company's suite of digital marketing assets
- Manage content calendar for company's blog and Facebook pages
- Monitor latest trends in digital marketing and recommend changes and ideas
- Plan and manage the digital marketing budget
● Analytics
- Manage the company's SEO and SEM campaigns
- Suggest methods to improve student retention and increase new signup/enrollment numbers by working closely with the company's Client Relationship managers
- Set clear and measurable goals and KPIs for online marketing campaigns
- Monitor usability, design and content of the company's suite of digital marketing efforts, and suggest appropriate improvements when necessary
● CRM
- Manage the company's CRM system
- Monitor the success and impact of all online activity (website traffic tracking, EDMs, etc) via the company's CRM system
- Manage various email campaigns via the CRM system, including template designs and call-to-action tools
- Segment CRM database based on services interested, and behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions
● Outreach
- Using the company's suite of digital marketing assets to advertise upcoming roadshows, events, and other outreach efforts
