Job Description
What you’ll do
- Supports in the daily community management of brand pages
- Manage the creation and delivery of social content with the assigned creative team
- Supports in the development of social calendars, as well as scheduling the social posts
- Supports all aspects of day-to-day account management including internal documents associated with each account
- Fosters a positive relationship with key team members at all levels of the organization.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure effective scoping of work.
- Provides excellent written and verbal business-communication skills
- Works with Account Managers/Account Directors to develop and implement plans, build relationship and be involved in client thinking workshops
What you’ll need
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Client Service-oriented and a multi-tasker
- Excellent organization and communication skills both verbal and written
- Must be proactive, self-starter with an innovative, entrepreneurial mindset
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Proficient in main social media platforms – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter
- Interest in the different social media marketing tools like Hootsuite, Socialbakers, Sprinklr
