Part Time Projects & Site Coordinator

We are seeking a Part Time Project & Site Coordinator who can work remotely to help manage one of our clients' projects. Candidates should be familiar with event coordination, outgoing, self-starters with an interest and knowledge of the print and interactive media.

This is a role for someone with a degree of creativity and latitude and the successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables are met.

Responsibilities:
Communicate with all relevant project stakeholders.
Manage the relationship with the client.

Ensure that all projects are delivered within scope and on-time.

Create and update the project’s pipelines.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements:
Proven working experience in sales and project management.
Has experience with working remotely.
A go-getter mindset with problem solving capabilities.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Expertise in all Google Drive programs, specifically, excel & words.

Salary: $1,600 - $2,000.
