Job Description

Jack Financial Group (JFG) is an authorised representative of AIA Singapore Pte Ltd.

We’re looking for a team of organized and proactive Administrative Assistants to join our dynamic and collaborative team at JFG. This role is essential to ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting our team in a positive and professional environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems
  • Assist with bookkeeping or other record-keeping tasks
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Handle special projects and additional tasks as needed

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
